Shipping Policy

Fast, Reliable Delivery from US-Based Warehouses

Important: All orders ship from US-based warehouses. We fulfill and ship orders through our network of verified US logistics partners.

1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time

As an authorized automotive parts distributor, Next Drive LLC processes orders efficiently:

  • Standard Orders: 1-3 business days processing time
  • In-Stock Items: Same-day or next-day processing for orders placed before 2:00 PM MST
  • Special Orders: 3-5 business days processing time (customer will be notified)

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM MST, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).

1.2 Order Verification

All orders undergo verification to ensure accuracy of:

  • Part compatibility with your vehicle specifications
  • Shipping address accuracy
  • Payment authorization

If we identify any issues during verification, we will contact you immediately using the email or phone number provided.

2. Shipping From US-Based Warehouses

2.1 Warehouse Locations

Next Drive LLC operates through a network of US-based fulfillment warehouses strategically located across the United States to ensure fast delivery:

  • Primary fulfillment center: Wyoming
  • Regional distribution centers in multiple states
  • All inventory stocked domestically in the USA

All orders ship from within the United States. We do not dropship from international locations.

2.2 Fulfillment Partners

We fulfill and ship orders through our US-based logistics partners who specialize in automotive parts handling and delivery. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to minimize transit time.

3. Delivery Estimates

3.1 Standard Shipping Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic US Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on destination)
  • Major Metro Areas: 2-4 business days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7-14 business days

Note: Delivery estimates begin after the processing period has been completed.

3.2 Expedited Shipping Options

We offer faster delivery options for urgent orders:

  • 2-Day Express: 2 business days after processing (available for most locations)
  • Overnight Express: Next business day after processing (major metro areas only)

Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

4. Shipping Carriers

4.1 Carrier Partners

Next Drive LLC partners with trusted national carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service) - Primary carrier for most shipments
  • FedEx - Express and ground services
  • USPS (United States Postal Service) - For smaller parts and rural delivery

The carrier selected for your order depends on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping speed selected
  • Part fragility and handling requirements

4.2 Carrier Selection

We automatically select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for each shipment. While you cannot choose a specific carrier, you can select your preferred shipping speed (Standard, 2-Day, or Overnight) at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information Provided

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier information (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

5.2 Tracking Updates

Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number

5.3 Delivery Notifications

Most carriers provide:

  • Out for delivery notifications
  • Delivery confirmation with photo (when available)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Destination zip code
  • Selected shipping speed
  • Insurance requirements for high-value parts

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6.2 Free Shipping Offers

We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Terms and conditions apply and will be clearly stated during checkout.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Next Drive LLC ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Supported shipping destinations include:

  • All 50 US states
  • Washington DC
  • US territories (may have extended delivery times)

8. Delivery Requirements

8.1 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • Packages refused by recipient

8.2 Signature Requirements

High-value orders (typically over $500) may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. Someone must be available to sign for the package during delivery hours.

8.3 PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • PO Boxes: Accepted via USPS for smaller parts
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Military addresses accepted with extended delivery times (10-21 business days)

9. Packaging and Handling

9.1 Protective Packaging

All automotive parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:

  • Heavy-duty corrugated boxes
  • Bubble wrap and foam padding for fragile components
  • Palletized shipping for engines and transmissions
  • Moisture-resistant packaging when necessary

9.2 Large/Heavy Items

Complete engines and transmissions require special handling:

  • Shipped via freight carriers
  • Curbside or liftgate delivery available
  • Additional handling fees may apply
  • Delivery appointment required

10. Delivery Issues

10.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your tracking information
  3. Look for carrier delivery notices
  4. Contact us within 48 hours at info@nextdrivegloballlc.com

We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

10.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the box and damaged items immediately
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • Do not discard the damaged part until instructed

We will arrange for replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

10.3 Delays

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier operational issues
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
  • Customs delays (for US territories)

We will proactively notify you of any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
  • Restocking fees may apply (see Refund Policy)

We will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund minus applicable fees.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

12.1 Before Shipment

To modify or cancel your order:

  • Changes are only possible if the order hasn't entered the shipping process
  • Include your order number and requested changes

12.2 After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You may refuse delivery and follow our return process, but return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply.

13. Holiday Shipping

During major holidays, please note:

  • Processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days
  • Carrier delivery schedules may be affected
  • Order early to ensure delivery before holidays

We will post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and via email notifications.
